MEET THE LEADERSHIP TEAM
Prit Sidhu, Principal
Previously employed with the BC Assessment Authority for 12 years, 8 years as a Senior Supervisory Appraiser and 2 years as acting Deputy Assessor. Gaining an enormous amount of real estate experience in the preparation of assessment rolls and roll defense, specializing in Industrial and Commercial properties with BC Assessment.
As a former employee with BC Assessment, Prit has a vast amount of experience withassessment appealsand has testified as an expert at the Property Assessment Appeal Board on numerous occasions.
His background in farming also allows him to be very conversant in the application of farm class regulations with BC Assessment.
Graduated from the University of British Columbia in Urban Land Economics.
Testified as an expert witness in high profile Appeal Court cases such as: Pitt Meadows Airport, “Pickton” Property and Cascade Aerospace.
